Schobertechnologies Pneumatical Blade Holder for Razor Cutting 

Pneumatical blade holder to be fixed on shafts with a diameter of 40 mm. To be used in ex. plastic film slitting, converting, rewindning machines. The blade holders are used with 3 hole industrial blades with squared and rounded edges, slotted slitter blades. 

Security is the main advantage of the pneumatical blade holders for razor slitting, when the machine stops the blade goes back into the holder and is fully covered.

Blades to be mounted: 

  • straight industrial razor blades - 43x22mm 
  • rounded industrial razor blades - 43x22mm 

Recommended industrial razor blades: 2-013-K, 1-020-K, 2-020-Z, 2-020-K, 2-030-V etc.

Thickness doesn´t matter (0.10 / 0.20 /0.30 mm) , the industrial razor blades can be installed as long the main size is 43 x 22mm.

  • 40 mm fixing bore, manual adjustment of blade holder via clamping lever 
  • Slot for common industrial blades 
  • Blade change without tools 
  • Blade (without pressure) fully hidden inside the holder for max. safety
