Schobertechnologies Heated Pneumatical Blade Holder for Razor Cutting 

Heated blade holder to be fixed on shafts with a diameter of 40 mm. To be used in slitting, converting, rewindning machines. 

The blade holders are used with 3 hole industrial blades with squared and rounded edges, slotted slitter blades. 

Heated cut increases lifetime of the plate, for some material like fabric or woven material it has a melting effect to reduce fibres after cut Very thick plastic material can be cut easier, not used for paper and films with a low melting point 

Security is the main advantage of the pneumatical blade holders for razor slitting, when the machine stops the blade goes back into the holder and is fully covered.

Blades to be mounted: 

  • straight industrial razor blades - 43x22mm 
  • rounded industrial razor blades - 43x22mm 

Recommended industrial razor blades: 2-013-K, 1-020-K, 2-020-Z, 2-020-K, 2-030-V etc.

Thickness doesn´t matter (0.10 / 0.20 /0.30 mm) , the industrial razor blades can be installed as long the main size is 43 x 22mm.

  • Temperature adjustment of heating cartridge by means of a single- or multi-channel controller 
  • The blades in the pneumatical holders are fixed with a screw 
  • 40 mm fixing bore, manual adjustment of blade holder via clamping lever 
  • Slot for standard industrial blades 
  • Blade change without tools - Blade (without pressure) fully hidden inside the holder for max. safety 
  • Single & double cut possible, with minimized distance of 10 mm from blade center to blade center
