Sollex 5180 high quality best-selling utility snap-off knife is an ergonomic cutter knife with a sturdy metal handle and rail to accommodate 18mm blades. 

The knife grip and parts are solid metal, which ensures long-term use and makes the knife suitable for heavy duty cutting operations. 1 mm thick metal rail for additional stability. The Auto-Lock function keeps the blade fixed. 

The knife comes complete with one 18mm snap-off blade. 

The knife has a wide range of applications, and is well suited for cutting drywall, insulation, room panels, carpets and corrugated cardboard and many others.

There is a blade snapper on the end of the handle to snap off used dull blade segments. Use the blade snapper (the removable red part at the end of the knife handle) to renew the cutting edge and break off the dull segment of the snap off blade.
