Schobertechnologies Mechanical Blade Holder for Razor Cutting 

Mechanic Industrial Blade Holder to be fixed on shafts with a diameter of 40 mm. To be used in plastic film slitting, converting, rewindning machines. The blade holders are used with 3 hole industrial blades with squared and rounded edges, and slotted slitter blades

Blades to be mounted: 

  • straight industrial razor blades - 43x22xmm 
  • rounded industrial razor blades - 43x22xmm

Recommended industrial razor blades: 2-013-K, 1-020-K, 2-020-Z, 2-020-K, 2-030-V etc.

Thickness doesn´t matter (0.10 / 0.20 /0.30 mm) , the industrial razor blades can be installed as long the main size is 43 x 22mm.

  • Quick to adjust and exchanging the blade is also very fast 
  • On the mechanical holder the blade is fixed with a spring from one side and a magnet from the other side, the blade itself has an end position which is limited by a pin. 
  • Blade for single cut 
  • Blade change by means of a flat-nosed round plier 
  • 40 mm fixing bore, manual adjustment of blade holder via clamping lever 
  • Minimized cross distance of 15 mm from center blade to center blade when using multiple blade holders
