High quality slitter blade in solid ceramic for extreme performance and durability in plastic film manufacturing, and is particularly developed for very degradative processing. The slitter blades are fragile and require careful handling. Self-sharpens during use. Equivalent to Lutz C40G / C40G-6000 and Cadence Endurium Ceramic Slotted Blades EF-SLZ15.

5C is designed to be used on the most degrading films such as EVA. Films with better durability, light transmission, energy saving, elasticity and temperature adaptation are some of the points that are characterized by EVA foil. EVA foil is used as greenhouse foil, protection for soccer fields and golf greens, frost protection and also protection for workplaces. EVA foil is also available as flame retardant and is often manufactured in many layers.

The slitter blade 5C is particularly suitable for cutting several layers of laminated film. In other words, films where different highly abrasive materials lie on top of each other and wear down the razor blade in different ways.
