Slitting razor blade 5V 0.38mm in tungsten carbide for plastic film and foil

High quality slitter blade in solid tungsten carbide for best result in plastic film production. Optimized for cutting hard and laminated films. Suitable for slitting advanced film with layer of PE, PP, PET with additives such as TiN (Titanium). This blade has high resistance, and is very robust with its thickness of 0.4mm. Extreme performance and durability. 

For PP with additives such as calcium carbonate (this film is very similar to rubber), we recommend Sollex V quality. We also have customers using Sollex K and Z blades that successfully cut PP. If something in between V and K is needed, we have customers who are very happy with Sollex X blades.

  • Hard and laminated plastic films
  • Film with PE, PP, PET with additives such as Titanium (TiN)
