Slitter blade 5Z 0.38mm with Sollex coating for plastic film slitting

High quality slitter blade in stainless steel with zero-friction coating on the edge for best result in production of plastic film, when cutting thin, stretched plastics. The blade has a fine grain structure which ensures that the coating will protect the edge for as long as possible. High performance and durability. Equivalent to Cadence Optima Ceramic Rounded Slotted Blades OF-SLC15-RE-S and Fortis Rounded Slotted Razor Blade - Double Edge 20.80.837-040.

For PP with additives such as calcium carbonate (this film is very similar to rubber), we recommend Sollex 5V. We also have customers using Sollex 5K and 5Z blades that successfully cut PP. If something in between V and K quality is needed, we have customers who are very happy with Sollex 5X blades.
