Ceramic injector blade 0.25mm for plastic film production

A completely ceramic injector blade adapted for the manufacturing of plastics. Self-sharpening during use, but are fragile and require careful handling. Suits very degradative processing. The injector blade is also available in stainless steel with a ceramic coated edge (642K). Plastic material to cut: LLDPE, PP, PA, PVC, HDPE, BOPET, PET, BOPP.

Suitable for:

  • Plastic film and stretch film slitting 
  • Very degradative processing
