Injector blade 642K 0.25mm with ceramic coating for plastic film production

Ceramic-coated single-edge injector razor blades in stainless steel for plastic film manufacturing, slitting, converting operations.  

The fine structure enables the coating to protect the edge as long as possible. Advanced ceramic coating is therefore advantageously used to cut abrasive films, e.g. white plastic films with calcium carbonate filler. The injector blade with a thickness of 0.25 mm is a strong and small blade with high durability. For finer and thinner cuts, Sollex recommends a ceramic-coated industrial razor blade with 3 holes (2-013-K).

These 642K blades fit perfectly in ROTOFLEX slitting and rewinding machines, including the label and printed roll-to-roll VSI slitting machine models.

Suitable for: White plastic film with a high percentage of chalk, plastic film with print, labels, plastic wrap
