Sollex XL Snap-Off Blade PRO is suitable for industrial use in machines for the manufacturing and processing of flexible materials, as well as the packaging and food industries. 

The 220USN blade is 100mm long, 22mm wide and 0.70mm thick, similar to snap-off blades but without the snapping segments, and is optimized to cut flexible, composite and abrasive materials. It effortlessly cuts a variety of materials, from vinyl and polyurethane foam to fiberglass mats and abrasive sand paper.

The 220USN high chrome carbon steel blade handles the most difficult cuts without losing sharpness. 

Solid heavy duty blades without snap-off segments are primarily used in industries where extra precautions must be taken to prevent the blade from splitting and accidentally injuring the machine operator, getting into the product, or where longer blades are required.

There are also other versions of Sollex non-segmented blades:  90US - 9mm, P816 - 18mm 60mm long, 180LUS - 18mm but 100mm long, 250USN - 25mm.

Suitable for: industrial use in slitting machines, but can also be installed in snap off knives
