Mure & Peyrot PYLA ALD is specially designed knife for food industry. This knife is made entirely of metall detectable plastics. The plastic knife blade cuts well and is safe to use. Other advantages of plastic knife blades are that they do not conduct electricity and they do not rust. 

Mure & Peyrot PYLA with plastic knife blade can also be used as a scraper.

When pressure is too strong, the blade enters the body of the knife.

  •  Press the orange cursor on the Pyla knife handle and pull it back
  • Exit the cursor. The blade is held there and comes out with it
  • Detach the blade and replace it
