Small trapezoidal blade in stainless steel is the perfect blade for cutting the plastic film. The three holes enable to attach the blade in many different ways. The ceramic coating protects the edge and helps the blade keep sharp longer. Certified coating cleared by FDA and may, therefore, come in contact with food in the Unites States of America. Also available without ceramic coating (635).
