Industrial Slitter Blade 1-013-2HK Ceramic Coated / Rounded Slitting 2-Hole Razor Blades

Industrial blade with rounded corners and 2 holes for fixing into the blade holders in the slitter is designed for converting and cutting plastic white film, foil and plastic wrap with a high percentage of chalk or masterbatches.

Blades for slitter 1-013-2HK are very thin (0.13mm) and made of stainless steel. In addition, the blade edges are coated with Sollex's original ceramic coating, which improves wear resistance and blade life.

For plastic films with additives or with a high percentage of chalk, Sollex recommends also using titanium coated 1-015-T or ceramic coated razor blades 1-013-K. 

For slitting stretch films test 1-013-2HZ, 2-013-Z, 2-020-Z, 2-030-Z blades.
