The Sollex 752.42 special knife is a double-sided trapezoidal machine knife with 3 very sharp cutting edges. The 752.42 trapezoidal machine knife blade is made of the highest quality German carbon steel. Blade 752.42 corresponds to Martor 752.42 and Mozart 940.064. Martor has stopped supplying the Martor trapezoidal blade 752. The blade is also called Mozart 940.064. This blade has been out of stock at Martor and Mozart for several years. 

The dimensions of the trapezoidal knife blade are 52x30x19x0.65mm; the knife blade 752 has a long cutting side of 52mm long, the shorter parallel side of 30mm, 2 short cutting sides that are 19mm long and the thickness of the blade is 0.65mm. All four 2.6mm holes and three jacks on the top can be used for fixed mounting in a cutting machine. The 3-edged trapezoidal knife can be mounted in several different ways in a cutting machine and offers many different applications. 

The knife blade is optimized for horizontal cutting, angled slitting and piercing holes in various robust materials. The 0.65mm thick double ground blade made of high quality steel provides good durability for the professional user in heavy duty applications. The 752.42 blade can be used to cut a wide range of materials, including fiber reinforced thermoplastic laminates, thermoset prepregs, synthetic polymer reinforced fibers, woven prepreg, glass fibers, carbon fibers, aramid fibers and many others.
